Tech sat in his truck for 30 minutes after treating front yard... spayed around some but never saw him wipe the soffit areas as previous techs had done, never saw him treat the backyard and patio areas, and my wife had advised him she wanted some areas inside the house to be treated but he never came back to the door??? Also, a couple of fire ant mounds she was going to show him when doing the back yard, once again he did not come back to the door to see where they were located?? Previous techs came to the door when thru and gave us a card with their name etc... not this guy... this tech just sat in his truck for a half hour then drove off... very poor service. Zanzibar was here bright and early and did an excellent job. I love that this service includes sweeping the cobwebs Under the eaves and wherever he sees them. Great job! Hate spellcheck. The young mans name was Zanzi. (Not Zanzibar)
