Let gate open / have 3 dogs that could get loose if outside or on vacation need to know! Only needs one gate to do the job.

My home security alarm went off while he was here. He was very concerned. Actually left the door open talking to him and the alarm was activated. Actually the alarm company sent the police and I think they weren’t going to let him go until she talked to me. I felt bad for Don. I think he deserves a bonus. did a good job !

Tim was the best technician we’ve had yet. We was very friendly, told me exactly what he was going to do, did a thorough job, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. I would like to have him service our house on future visits.

Jeremy Carlton did an excellent job today. He came to our door upon arrival to let us know he was here and to see if anything needed special attention. He came to the door upon completion and explained everything he did. I tried to give him a review so he could get a $5 bonus but the page I went to is not currently working. We are very happy with our service from Aptive, we have noticed a big decrease in bugs and spiders since having Aptive treat our property.
