Michael was very courteous. For starters, I had asked him to call right before arriving, which he did. I needed to have the inside of the house treated, so he listened to my instructions (as to where to spray) and followed them to the 't'. It is a relatively large house, but he took his time and did a very thorough job. At the end, he met me and explained what he did and the areas that he covered. Great service from this young man. I hope to have him again and again.

Not much to say except that he was quick. When he came to the door, he was friendly and attentive.

Can't comment on the service as it just occurred. But instead of asking how to open the gate to the backyard, which anyone in the house could have shown him, he yanked the gate until he broke the latch (the latch is literally right next to the rat bait box). I only found out when my kid spotted my dog in our front yard.... Fixing a broken door latch isn't a great way to spend a dark rainy evening after work...

I didn't talk to Korey this visit, but he is always courteous and arrives right when he says he will. I don't know how he does it, but to date, he has never had to come inside the house to keep bugs out! That's why I stick with Aptive.

Adam was great! Even though me being frustrated, he calmly walked me through the process and explained what he is going to do. Thank you for your help ADAM . We caught 4 MICE! Hopefully we are done now!
