Technician did a good job, but my fear is that wit the heavy rain shower that went through may have washed everything away. But he did a very good job of staying out of the mud form construction going on!!

He was nice and polite. Only issue was that he didn't know that he was done so that I could let down my garage. I will be able to evaluate the actual effective of the treatement later.

We found some wasp nest on our back yard. I have pictures. This technician comes and inspect just to tell me. It could be from another place and he can't look at the plants in question. He didn't find anything and it might be from somewhere else. Didn't offer to spray nor did he say he would spray like described in his feedback.

First Consumer Advocate is corrupt. You cannot rate a one star rating. Sam service was unacceptable. When signed up with the sales rep McKay we were promised a free Apids spray for our trees. Sam was suppose to schedule this spray for us. I asked him 3 times about the spray before he left. NOTHING happened. We called customer service 3 times to be scheduled again NOTHING happens. Asked for a supervisor to call back AGAIN NOTHING!! Aptive is grossly misstates it’s service. People working in sales, service and customer service are incompetent. I would NEVER recommend this pest company to any one.

The man who came to spray was very nice. However, I paid for spraying of wasp and rats... and they did not do this. When I called customer service the Representative sounded literally exhausted and beat down... they couldn’t schedule me before July.., it’s June 10th.
