Very satisfied with the service. The tech Spencer Harvey was thorough and did an excellent job.
Jerry was my technician. Very friendly an patient with all my questions. Walked around outside house and showed me where work was done.
Explained how the rat "traps" work and how your company will come pick up any dead rats (ugh) should the traps catch any.
Tyrese was great! Very efficient, seemed like he was genuinely trying to help solve our issue. Showed up and got straight to work. Felt very comfortable with him taking care of the job and look forward to the positive effects of having the service done.
Juan was here today, explained what he was going to do and promptly finished. I was thankful that he rang the doorbell and let me know of his arrival. I am disappointed that the company did not e-mail me to let us know of them coming out as we have a locked fenced in yard. I have requested in the past that they call before coming so we may have our house sprayed all the way around. Very disappointed with the company. I would also suggest that your techs wear something a little cooler, shorts and short sleeve shirts. they said they will do yard spray? but didn't happen. they said they will spray 2-3 feet by the house. but he sprayed around the edge. and also did the inside of the house.
I've called your customer service twice to voice my concern but have yet to speak to anyone, so I have decided to write a review. Your technician came our on June 4th to perform a service. When I got home, I did an inspection of the problem areas I know have spider webs, egg sacs and wasp nests. Similar to the last time the service was performed, all of these items were still present as if it was never touched. I reviewed my cameras for evidence of the service perform and I did not find any. Fred was very polite and helpful. Did a great job with removing some wasp nests, and treating the home for pests. Great customer service!
Very thorough and efficient.
I requested for the honeycombs to be removed above my son’s room and he completed that.
As well as spraying very thoroughly around my home.
Julio Cabrero was very professional, respectful of our property and our pets. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and after he was done came back and explained everything he did. Top notch guy!
Kevin was helpful in explaining exactly what he was going to do and how. He was also kind enough to explain anything I didn't understand or had questions about. He's an impressive young man.
