Tyler arrived in a timely manner and was very kind! He gave a very detailed explanation as to what services he would be providing that day and then asked detailed questions to make sure we were satisfied. Afterwards he gave us a phone number to call if we had any issues. We hope to have Tyler again as our technician in the future!

I was not happy with the service. Nothing was completed that was supposed to be done, like de-webbing my house. Oh hey did Not tell me they were done and leaving so when I realized they had left I Immediately called and canceled the services. I was supposed to get a notice about cancellation and I have yet to receive that email as well.

Michael Weist visited my home today. He performed the outdoor bug spraying. I am pleased with his work and with the overall effectiveness of Aptive's services. This is the first time in about 30 years that I have not seen a single ant in the kitchen. We have had an annual ant parade and nothing seemed to work until Aptive.

I was told to be home and they would alert me to when service would be done. No one knocked or rang the doorbell. The company has told me they may have serviced the wrong house. They are not offering a refund for no service completed.
