The technician was kind enough to call ahead to let me know he was able to come a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. That worked out very well for me. He went through the contract with me and answered all my questions. A very professional and polite young man. He appeared to be a very conscientious worker. I have had experience using technicians in many areas over my years of being a homeowner. This is one of the better ones as was my initial consultation with Scott. Scott also worked with me to accommodate my erratic availability.No complaints! Looking forward to a significant decrease in “uninvited guests “ this summer! Pam Roames
