WHY DIDNT HE TALK TO ME????? I TOLD YOU I HAVE WASPS FOR HIM TO TREAT AND HE DOESNT EVEN LET ME KNOW HE WAS HERE???? I AM SO DONE WITH YOU GUYS! I have been so frustrated trying to get hold of anyone at your company for weeks. When I finally got to talk to Patty (who is very nice) she explained she is overwhelmed. But I explained I have problems and she scheduled a visit. I told her I have wasps and need help, and the guy comes and goes without talking to me???????? how does that make any sense? its soooo hard to get service from you and then he shows up and doesnt communicate with me???? I'm in tears with frustration trying to get help from you

Well as a paying customer I'm in doubt anything was done in what I was described would be done on Saturday when the sales rep. came by seemed to me I had no smell of chemicals or as short as the service was don't see how he could have knocked down any cobwebs got hear around 9am and was out before 9:30 thought the first treatment would take longer hope this agreement isn't us losing 149. every three months.

I used to be very impressed with Aptive’s customer service but I feel like it’s gone downhill over the past year. I’ve had a few technicians lately that made me question why I pay for pest control but Peter Lee was very professional and actually took the time to listen to my pest concerns. If you get the right technician, it’s worth it.

they said they will spray the yard but they didnt do that? they said they spray 2-3ft from the boundry of the house but he spraid on the boundry.
