Pest control? Paid for but not done. Don’t understand I also emailed requesting a reset date due to my backyard standing in water. Not sure if he is coming back. No communication. 🤔🤔

James was blessing! He was courteous and thorough. I was nervous about being serviced with Coronavirus concerns; however, James eased them by taking safety precautions. I also appreciated that he communicated the details of my treatment and what to expect between appointments. Great customer service!

The bugs have been under control and have mostly stayed outside where they belong :). Chris, the application agent was informed, polite, and did his job in the rain even though I expressed concern for his safety. (The link to award him a $5 bonus doesn't work.)

Representative damaged our paint in multiple places around our home. With a pole he was using without a brush or soft attachment. We have contacted the company and no one has responded to the first call with a callback as promised. The second call was received with a nonchalant attitude to fact we had no call back, then sent to another number and were placed on hold 17 minutes and then disconnected. Not happy.

I reviewed my security footage from yesterday and no one came to my house until late afternoon. The tech said he had been here at 2 pm and performed service on my front and back yards. Security video shows that to be untrue!! It was scheduled for 7-2-20. I owe no bill at this time!! I have dvr security camera footage to prove that no service was done!!!

Our appointment was scheduled for Tuesday June 23rd. When the technician did not arrive, we tried to contact the office which resulted in no answer. Technician showed up unannounced on Friday June 26. Future communication from the office and the technician in regard to scheduling changes will result in better safety for both the customer and your employees. On a positive note, Technician De'Markis was both attentive to my concerns and on top of his job today during his visit. He represents the company very well. Thank you to him!
