The service representative did not knock on the door to inform us he was here. The back yard didn't get sprayed and the sticky traps in the garage did not get changed out.

The service technician explained what he was going to perform and asked if we had any issues he could help resolve around our home. He let us know when he was done. The web site gave us a record of what chemicals were used during the visit.

Would like an understand about when the insects will die. We have a ton of black ants and it seems like the treatment has not done anything. It has only been two days but not sure when there would be a difference. Also the technician did not treat inside the house and I have already seen small black ants inside which they were not before the treatment. The young lady explained that the tech would treat the inside as well as the outside. It did not appear that the individual sprayed the grass, there appears to be granulars in the garden been and mulch but nothing more. Not all spider webs were cleared away.
