Kind and polite. Arrived without the needed products. Had to schedule another appointment for granular treatment. Also leaned today that Aptive does not perform sprays or repellents for mosquitoes which are a very common issue in Ohio. This is very disappointing.

I was told the home would be brushed down, plants and garage would be sprayed. The foundation was sprayed, ONLY! I declined inside of house although it is mentioned that bathrooms and bedrooms were completed. Otherwise both employees were very polite and professional.

I am VERY disappointed with the service I received from Aptive! The technicians were only here 10 minutes. All the bugs are still here today. There is NO WAY they could have inspected and sprayed the house and yard (as promised) in the short amount of time they were here. Also, we were told that they would also spray the inside of the house. When I reminded them of that, I was told that their machine had broken and they would return "tomorrow" to do that work. Today is now that "tomorrow". They were seen by my husband driving into our driveway, but no one ever got out of the car, an no one ever came into the house to do the work promised. The guys usually go around the ceiling of my porches to get any bugs , that didn't happen . I did not see this guy on my porches at all that, makes me question how well it was sprayed . I see if I'm happier next time.
