Richard Sharp was excellent. Richard was very friendly, courteous, and most of all very professional. Richard explained the process to me and what to expect before he began our service and then after the service was complete Richard explained to me the services that he had performed. Richard treated our home like it was his and took much caution like placing disposable booties one his shoes as to not get our floors and carpet dirty. That was greatly appreciated! I was very impressed! Richard is definitely and asset to the aptive environmental organization. Thank you Richard for a job well done!!
