Michale phoned before he arrived, as always he was pleasant and kind. At the time that I rescheduled my service I also requested to have my entryway serviced and was told that there would be a note for that to take place however, there was not a note but Michale took care of it anyway. I appreciate that type of customer service. Thank you!
