The service was good, but the cobwebs were not cleared from our screened-in patio. This is only our second service and the first time this was done and it is the reason I switched from my other company to Aptive. Disappointing that on the 2nd service it was not done.

I would like to rate Ben the technician who provided me with an extermination service five stars. He was professional, customer service oriented, and very informative regarding the treatment I needed to mitigate pest issues. However, I would like to give the process to call for service three stars. The wait time to speak with an operator took over 25 mins. In the past, my calls were answered in short order. If the process to service calls from customers has changed, please note that new process is not customer service friendly and please revert the process to speak with one of agents to how it was.

Masai was terrific. He was polite, he listened to everything I wanted him to concentrate on, he did the work, explained why he used certain product for the red bugs on the porch and the carpenter ants in the back, took care of the cobwebs, sprayed, and when we talked, he wore a mask .... all high marks from me. Thanks!
