Cody was informative and did a great job. Very friendly. The service appointment was done in good time.
He was very thorough, friendly, and efficient! It was nice to be able to get the inside of my home treated again!
Rex Lynch did a great job! He went above and beyond to remove all the spider webs and mud dauber nests and wasp nests, as well as spray around the perimeter and doors/windows. Much appreciated!
The technician, Donovan, left our gate wide open, and one of our dogs got out. If you go into someone’s yard to do work and leave the gate open (especially if it was closed when you showed up), that’s a problem.
Jeff Brooks did nothing but sit in the truck in the a/c the whole time his partner did all the work, but other than that the services was great and the guy was really nice and informing
The tech was polite checked to see if we had paid. Asked if he was supposed to do the inside also or just the outside. I said the gentlemen that came the day before said he would do both. The tech said ok, its up to you, he then came inside sprayed a couple of spots near the kitchen walked towards the rooms and left to go outside. He stated if it was ok to walk around the property and I said yes. A few minutes went by and he had left. I dont think he ever entered my backyard, I found out later the gate was locked so could not have gone back there without us letting him in. So I am not sure what was done here. 5 min in the home and never entered the back yard?

Your company needs to add the name of the technician that does the service so we know the name.
Armando worked hard getting the area treated, some aggressive hornets came back and we couldn’t get out again but I was able to rid them myself, we were warned this could happen, but I haven’t seen any since! Thanks for the service!
Seemed like a very nice gentleman, wasn’t very talkative but did his job. I did not get my call ahead to let to give me notice he was on his way.
