I thought you do not treat the inside due to COVID-19. The technician told us that he treated Garage also. But our Garage was not open. So how he was able to do that.

We spoke with the technician and told him not to go too hard home for treatment. I was supposed to get a call back from management after being on hold up to an hour and 20 minutes trying to reach somebody. My account is supposed to be refunded and I still want to speak to somebody from management.

Upon the technician's arrival to my home, I was actually asked "Why did you switch from Orkin?" When I explained that there was an added benefit for using Aptive to include the front and backyard, the technician then asked, "You DO realize once I begin this procedure, you're locked into a contract, right?" It may seem as if the technician was simply trying to inform me, but it seemed to me way more likely that the tec hnician was simply trying to get out of performing the service, which took him about 8 minutes to complete. Needless to say, we're not off to a good start here.
