The employees are always professional and friendly. I enjoy using aptive and I recommend this service to my neighbors and friends.
Keaton was very professional. He called to let me know he was on his way t the house which allowed me a moment to go over the info about how to get in and dealing with my dogs. He also called me right before he was done and even took the time to give my dogs a restroom break. The service he provided was superb and I would like to have Keaton as my service representative each month for my year contract with Aptive. Thank you!
Service Pro Cortez did an excellent job with our Quarterly service on 7/2/20. He was polite, masked for our protection, and stayed at a proper social distance during our brief conversation (I had a few questions, which he answered.) Very professional and thorough.

Hi, please respond to me as soon as possible as I want a refund for the service this time. This is the second time I use your service. The first time was good, but this time we found out that there were still ant hill and cockroaches in the background just 2 days after the service. BOth my dog and I got bitten by ants. I am disappointed with the service and want a refund as soon as possible.

We had our Aptive service today. The technician, Duran Hill, checked in with us prior to arriving on-site and let us know he would arrive in 5 minutes. He talked to me before starting the treatment service and asked me if there were any issues to be addressed. I told him we had an issue with ants around our front porch and he said he would address it. He treated the entire perimeter of the house. I attempted to click on the link to note that he did a good job and should receive a $5 bonus but the link did not work. I hope this recommendation gets him his bonus because he deserves it as he is a excellent representative of Aptiv.
