He listened to my concerns , and was very helpful in telling me what bugs there controlling
It was nice he called when he was here to provide his service and when he was done thank you
Being my first treatment, I have to say I was a little disappointed. The technician arrived and alerted me he was here. I told him about the issues I was having and he acknowledged those and said they'd be taken care of. My main issue is ticks. They're all over the grass and get onto the patio, so I'm unable to enjoy being outside. The only thing I saw him do for the ticks was put a line of granules at the farthest point of my yard. I'm not sure how that will take care of all the ticks living in my grass. I wasn't too worried because I was told by Ryan that he would let me know before he left, which he didn't. Brandon was outstanding. Very friendly and informative about what he was doing and asking if there was anything else he could take care of while he was here. I would like Brandon to be the one treating my yard going forward. very pleased with his work!!!
I scheduled A flea treatment. The targeted pests said flea and ticks. A flea treatment wasn’t done.
David was very through. He went through the entire house inside and out. I would recommend him to anyone. I will ask for him for any service we will need in the future. We found him to be quite knowledgeable And very Professional. We were very happy with his service. Irs however quite surprised that I was billed a fee of $120.00 instantly.
Not sure what to expect as services explained prior to tech showing up were different. Tech was very prompt, courteous and explained how to use the mouse traps
Zero,. Not even sure if he did my backyard, and he did not do the inside. I waited at home all day for this???? We are ending service today at no extra charges for your failure I honor your contract. Today's price better be half price for half the job
