Great service. Gordon went above and beyond. He even called in to the facility to request research of the type of Wasp he was exterminating. Turns out they are harmless! Thank you.
Shawn Donnelly did an outstanding job since we seem to be having a tick emergency and I have had lyme's disease. He treated all areas around the property, especially in the areas where I acquired lyme's disease. We still have bees on the property so we are very pleased with your lawn treatments. Also, all sorts of birds are nesting in all the shrubbery. My wife and I also appreciate the careful appointments that you have established with us so all gates are open to all areas of the lawn. Chris did a very good job of treating the are a around my property. I was not very happy with the prior treatment, however, chris seemed to cover all areas very goog.

All Aptive representatives were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. We have been happy with the results of treatment with the exception of spotting a few tiny ants in various places. Could we get a recall and get these little rascals out of the picture?

The Technician came at 9:05 pm. My Daughter across the street called to inform me that someone was outside my home spraying something. He was here for about 5 minutes and was back in his truck leaving when
I approached him.. He did not complete the service. Had my daughter not seen him I would not have even known he was here. They did take the money out of my account for a non complete service. This is very dishonest and I have no faith in this Company that the treatment would be done correctly if I happened to not be home and showing up at dark is unacceptable.
