Eric came and very professionally explained what he was doing and any precautions we needed to observe. He quickly identified the pest and went about treating for it. He was polite and personable! I would bet he is a great employee!

Chandler was polite, personable, thorough and honest. He explained what he was doing and what to expect with an upcoming visit as well as what to do it service is needed beyond the scheduled visits.

On Wed., July 8, 2020, Stephan Amato came out to my home (906 WeberDrive, Yardley, PA), for the third time to address my black carpenter ants. He had been here twice before, and did such a very detailed service, but I still had ants. Then I moved some flower pots and discovered the cause of my problem! I had nests under my flower pots. Stephan came out again and did such a great job, explaining to me what he was doing and giving me so much information! He was always so courteous and friendly and always went beyond what I expected. Jerry was nice and respectable. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. He remembered me from a previous visit, which was nice that he acknowledged that. It helps make a customer feel like Not Just Another Number!! Give Jerry the 4% bonus!
