While I appreciate Sebastian arriving punctually at 4:35, he was gone by 4:45 and only lightly sprayed house exterior perimeter. He did not perform the 2nd spraying of the lawn for flea larva/slugs and seemed to be having trouble with his sprayer and in a hurry. I am very disappointed.

Explained what he was going to do, and asked if there was anything else we would like for him to do. Sprayed some extra areas at our request and avoided some other areas at our request. Very friendly and respectful.

The representative Michael was prompt courteous efficient and polite. He explained the entire process and was very knowledgeable about the company and the chemicals used. He expressed genuine concerned to the questions asked and did an excellent job. He made the process as seem less as possible. He went above and beyond to ensure our safety by wearing a virus and wearing protective coverings over his shoes. Definitely will recommend to others.
