Darrell W. was very respectful, professional, well-spoken, and kind.
I attempted to use the provided link to provide the $5 bonus to Darrell but the link did not work. This is disappointing and does not serve your employees well given they may be very reliant on tips and bonuses, and I assume the bonus program was part of the appeal of the job. I would certainly hope this will be resolved swiftly as this does not speak well to the company.
The technition was very professional and efficient. He also was accommodating to our requests for treating trouble areas.

I am giving the technician a high rating. She explained everything very well. I am disappointed in the sales person who told me they could spray in the attic if it had flooring, and had lowered the attic ladder. The technician let me know she is not allowed to go in attics.
I am also disappointed that he didn’t tell her in my order to not park in front of the mailbox and that we recently spotted snakes on the property. I was told each payment for each quarter would be $99, so I hope that still holds true. I also would like the schedule emailed to me if possible.

Guillermo was courteous and explained what chemicals he was using, that they were safe for our puppy, and what pests they would treat. He also reminded us about the re-treatment service if we did notice any pests before the next service.
We were surprised that you sprayed the glass on the rear french doors.
