Being a single mom is beyond stressful and I was terrified to move due to all the horrific stories you hear. I was moving from New Jersey to Florida and I was recommended by a friend to call trinity. My representatives name was Jeff. In the beginning we started by going through the inventory, he was super thorough. He even set it up so my TV’s were properly packed and my bed was covered properly. Me being me, I was anxious til moving day. But ever time I called or texted Jeff he answered. He really was with me from start to finish, not just until he got my money. *When our movers came to do the pick-up, they actually apologized for how much Trinity was scamming us * *Almost 3 times initial estimate* First, let's start with something even Trinity wouldn't try to dispute. Trinity is not a moving company; they are a Broker who charges a massive fee to organize a 'binding' agreement between you the customer and actual moving companies. If you take a moment to look through some of the real reviews here, you may see a common trend. The 'binding' price that they offer is not so binding after all. When I was referred to this company I did not know what to expect. My friend had a good experience but I know how complicated moving is being from a military family. I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Thank you Trinity for helping my family with the move, you earned my business forever!

I booked Trinity relocation group when I unexpectedly had to move and they were so helpful! The gentleman I spoke with was very upfront about everything included and helped me figure out a way to get my move closest to my budget and stayed in communication with me up until the move day.They finished up my move in just a few hours and everything was safely delivered. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
I just canceled the move I set up with this rip-off brokerage firm and their multiple rude people setting up the moving details. Numerous emails and phones calls from different people with different estimates by adding to the original estimate and they each say it is because I made a change in some items to be picked up. Companies like these should be outlawed. These jerks will not listen to you, they cut you off if you start asking detailed questions about their dealings and they repeat the same spiel.
