To be clear, Trinity is a moving broker, which means they typically broker their moves rather than providing physical moving services themselves. When brokering, they only act as the middleman between the company and the consumer. This means any details Trinity provides as to pricing and timing should be confirmed by the actual company that will be performing the service prior to moving day. Special attention should be paid to the way the moving company calculates the cost—some companies use weight while others go by cubic feet, which would require customers to measure every item to receive a more accurate quote.

NEVER EVER NEVER USE TRINITYRELOCATION GROUP. If I could leave a -0000 for rating I would. A 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH. They are a complete rip off. To start with I talked with CODY who was the rep. I started off asking if this was a broker company. THREE (3) TIMES i ASKED THIS. He said ABSOLUTELY NOT. He explained they were a transit relocation company. HE LIED. He gave me his direct phone number and said to call any time. ANOTHER LIE. Called him with a question got voice mail. Never called back. Called again got someone else. They said he was on another call and could they help. Asked my question couldn't get a straight answer. Called again to try and get someone who could answer... Read More

We moved from a home that was 2700 sf. In the beginning TRG was descent to work with. However, I'm always wary nowadays when a moving company won't come out to your house to do a walkthrough and give you a proper estimate. We just assumed it would be more than we were quoted. Turns out it was THREE TIMES what we were quoted!! And my good vibe ended pretty harshly when I switched from the initial customer service rep, Gary, to the "closer", Bruce Richards. He was such a jerk! We actually ended up calling and getting someone else to handle our move because we just could not take his attitude anymore. Besides the crappy experience with Bruce, there are some other things to be... Read More

I booked Trinity for a future move and made a $2200 deposit. I was told the deposit was fully refundable within two weeks of the move, and that was a lie! They keep 50% of a deposit when the move is not scheduled for over 5 weeks. I was warned about "brokers", but learned the hard way that Trinity is as dishonest and dishonorable as they come. STAY AWAY!!!! I see from the other reviews that Trinity is very consistently dishonest and dishonorable!

Moving out of my child hood home was so hard, but Trinity has made this an absolute horrific nightmare! They hired rip off movers that showed up with 1 person to move a 5 bedroom house and then hired our teenagers under the table to help load our own items. We were then double charged for items and also weren't able to load other large items because of this limited help. The first day for available drop off was July 12, and it is now August 10th with no delivery date scheduled. We were told by Trinity that our shipment was en route on 8/1. The movers called on 8/6 and told us that our things will be loaded onto the truck on 8/8, and yet we still wait! Trinity and the movers (that... Read More

These people are liars cheats thieves and any other scum you can call it. They ripped me off for 5,000 dollars not to mention whatever back door Rado Company movers were extremely late. Not only did I pay 10x the quote I have to come up with 70% right away. The company these use is scum and so is this group. You don’t deserve a half of anything

I called and talked to Dylan and told him exactly what size storage facility I had. He sent me the quote which was cheaper than another price I got from a comparable competitor. When the moving expert Bruce called me to go over what I had to move I realized from what he explained to me that I was shorted on space by Dylan. Dylan had failed to input all of my information I told him. I asked to talk to a supervisor and reached JAZMINE which is where things really took a turn. She said they could only change the amount (which went from $6000 to around$13000-$14000). I told her that was unacceptable and that I need to cancel the move. She then told me I would only get 50% of my deposit back. I... Read More

The phone service was bad, and he hung up the phone before he finished telling me that the move would cost $2,500,

This company definitely engages in false business practices. Quoted a move from CA to IL. Were sent a full itemized list of the house contents. When the movers showed up, they had a truck that was half the size needed for the move. They then tried to charge us more than double the original quote. Said they would not refund our deposit, despite their inability to effectively communicate to the movers what was being moved. Be careful if you book with these people. Will rob you blind.

Great overall experience with them, the movers they worked with were all very kind and professional. The delivery was a few hours later than the driver initially told us but we weren't in a rush so everything worked out fine. Pricing was competitive with other companies I spoke with and they have good ratings so it made since to book them. Happy customer and I would use them again if we ever move across the country (hopefully we dont!)

Trinity Relocation Group is not a moving company, they are a ‘moving brokerage’. They ‘estimate’ your moving costs, take a deposit from you, then contract a third-party company to perform your move. They will intentionally under quote you, leaving you to sort it out with the movers when they show up at your door. By that point your deposit is non-refundable. I’m filing an FTC complaint due to these fraudulent practices, and the way in which they misrepresented themselves as a moving company.
