Trinity Relocation Group is a moving brokerage company that connects consumers with companies across the country that provide interstate moving services. Residential, commercial, and military customers are welcomed, as well as those who need to transport a vehicle from state to state. Trinity asserts they verify every moving company's safety track record and insurance status to make sure they are only recommending the best companies. Therefore, consumers are advised to receive and review a binding contract with the final moving company (and especially to clarify the pricing method, which can be by cubic feet or weight) to avoid any surprises.

To start the process, consumers can request a free quote online or by calling Trinity over the phone. Trinity's website says they screen and vet moving companies before connecting them with consumers by making sure they have a valid DOT and FMCSA licenses and verifying their safety record and insurance. To be clear, Trinity is a moving broker, which means they typically broker their moves rather than providing physical moving services themselves. When brokering, they only act as the middleman between the company and the consumer. This means any details Trinity provides as to pricing and timing should be confirmed by the actual company that will be performing the service prior to moving day. Special attention should be paid to the way the moving company calculates the cost—some companies use weight while others go by cubic feet, which would require customers to measure every item to receive a more accurate quote.

How about Uber negative rating! Quoted $2,900 which is at $5,500 so far! Pretty sure that will increase when and if our furniture ever arrives. Been 2 weeks we have been in the new house with no belongings and Trinity refuses to talk to us. It’s the carriers issue now. Carrier indicates, after 4 days of not returning calls, it could be another 21 business days! This company is a liar (Luis) a fraud and extortionist and should be put in prison for what they do to hard working families! Damn shame -

I'm going to start off with positives here. The only good thing I can say is that Trinity offered good customer service in that they answered my calls over 95% of the time. The actual carrier, Star USA did a great job wrapping and packing my items, even the fragile ones. Now for the BAD: Up to the date I was supposed to move, no one at Trinity could confirm that the movers were coming. Literally, the day of, no one at Trinity was sure if any carrier was coming. I was worried and frustrated and even called another moving company, that is, until a carrier truck actually showed up. The move from a one-bedroom apartment to a distance of less than 740 miles ended up costing too much,... Read More

When I booked Trinity for a cross-country move, I was blown away by their amazing customer service and affordability. However, the company just cancelled my move TWO DAYS before they were supposed to arrive and move my stuff across the country. Due to a shortage of trucks, they needed to push my move-date back, which was unacceptable due to my job's start date and my lease ending on my apartment. While they *say* they will give me a full refund on the deposit (I haven't actually received it yet), I am incredibly disappointed that I now have to scramble to find a moving truck to move all of my belongings ON MY OWN. The full refund is great, but it doesn't make up for all the last minute... Read More

I agree with previous reviewers, the WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. RUN FAR FAR AWAY. The company misrepresented themselves as service provider. They sent another company without notifying called "We Care for You". The movers showed up without any moving packing materials whatsoever. This company has proven to display no respect for customers, contract agreements, accounting rules, and accountability for the safety of transported goods and your movers are completely random individuals that hassle customers for money, cannot tell a cohesive story of the status of shipments and falsify facts. The kitchen dish/glasswear was packed without proper protection and with some newspapers and... Read More

Here is our review of the broker Trinity Relocation Group: 1. We were looking for a carrier. The sales rep Dylan stated that Trinity is a carrier, and he phrased it in a way that implied they were only a carrier. He never mentioned that they were also a broker, which ultimately led to three different companies becoming involved with the move. Simply put, Trinity charged us $1700 dollars for their “estimation fee”, which would not have existed if we worked directly with a moving company. 2. Sales reps stated over the phone that shrink wrap is complimentary, when in reality, the shrink wrap costs extra. Trinity provided misleading information on potential costs, shrink wrap is only the... Read More

trash company and trash service. use this company if you want to see every item you own broken into pieces. They wont answer your phone calls, and they'll tell you to "call and deal with the carrier" since they dont perform the moves themselves. THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR OVER THE PHONE. wait until you paid your enormous deposit and you will see they disappear. WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.
