Unbelievable that this company is still in business. They will 100% rip you off and damage your stuff on top of it. DO NOT USE!! I got a quote for 3800 bucks for a move from NJ to Idaho. The third party carrier they book shows up and says it’s 50% more than what was quoted. They demand cash payment for the substantially increased cost even though they showed up at 530p and it’s not easy to pull out an additional 1000 bucks. They also add erroneous costs like additional stairs and “long carry” even they they parked in our driveway. Stuff shows up a day before my “earliest delivery date” and the guy tells me it’s an overnight storage fee if I can’t take delivery. After scrambling to... Read More
wow the worst customer service ever. don't waste your time. i called for a quote, so rude would never use them. don't know why this gets the #1 recommendation from consumers advocate
I just called for a quote! The man that answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional.
I will not call again or use this company. Believe the reviews.

It has cost us over 10,000$ to fix what was destroyed by these brokers. Please do your homework.
This is the most bad company I can think off, we payed $11000 for our move, they let a company in Vegas picking up our stuff, everything was packed okay and we packed our boxes that was done very carefully, when we got our stuff back, a lot was damaged, we had a brand new couch plus Love seat, but we’re so damaged we couldn’t use is anymore, the mirrors from y cabinet and window was totally broken, we missed boxes and a ladder, we had damage for a few thousand $$$$ after months of waiting for their insurance, they payed us lousy $545 back, so much damage we had, most of the boxes were totally ripped open, dressers damages, dining set damaged, two beds totally damaged with big wholes in the... Their estimate was off by 100% despite me sending photos of every si gel item in the move. Mover showed up and wanted 2x more than the price quoted by TRG. When I complained their resolution was to ”correct” my estimate with no explanation of why they grossly underestimated the cost.
Horrible company to work for. Heartless and they will take every dollar you allow to them. They work with very low end carriers so that they can make more money on the deposit and the the customer gets screwed on pickup. 10/10 don’t recommend but good luck
This survey does not allow you to select anything less than ‘average’, but this was definitely 1 star service. Everything seemed too good to be true on the front end, and it was. The estimate was low so it ended up costing an additional $2000 to ship. When I called to get an update on the arrival of my stuff they were rude. When the truck finally arrived they then told that an 18 wheeler can’t fit down my street, but that is incorrect and it’s done all the time. I then had to pay another additional amount for a shuttle. The only people this moving company is good for is people that have endless amounts of money.

Unfortunately, I have to give you a bad review. All moving companies seem to be a huge racket. I have moved across country 3 times. They asked for a number of all my boxes and furniture. I gave them an exact number. The minute the mover stepped into my apartment, he said "oh, this is more than we expected!", charged me >$1000 than the original estimate and left part of my bed in the hallway! When I called them about it, they told me they would go back and get it. I never heard back. Then I emailed them to check, they said unfortunately we did not have anyone to go back and we are not responsible for leaving things if you did not see it and supervise! Really? OK.
