My process with these guys were absolutely terrible. Not only after applying with them I had to reach out with them a week later and they forgot to do anything with my application. And then I get the login for there website after they emailed saying I needed to sign some forms I ended up accessing someone else account. That’s a pretty big deal being able to go into someone else private account and being able to access all there information like social and birthdate.

Veterans United provided us with easy step by step instructions on the paper work we needed to fill out and was with me every step of the way. I wanted to know what I was signing and they spent time with me to very clearly understand just that. As a first time home buyer this made buying a home stress free! The realtor we were suggested was amazing and very patient with us during our home buying experience. I would highly recommend working with Veterans United.

I went into the home buying process unsure about my ability to become a home owner. After speaking to my loan officer for the first time, I was motivated and eager to begin the process. In the past, I heard many horror stories about the home buying process and the stress that it causes.
