The process from pre-approval to preceding was great, until the reduction in VA appraisal value changed the game and the seller and HOA management started to play non disclosure of closing cost at the last minute. This affected my closing cost. I was not happy about the seller's team as they were too discreet. With my Team at Veteran's United Home Loan, I was very satisfied with their unrelented energy to make sure I was happy at the end of the day, late hours communication and also questions and Answer with Mrs. Katy Reeder and Rae Arnold and Yesssssssss..... Montgomery, Bailey and Jesse were all fantastic to work alongside. They were always quick on responding to my questions, no matter the random times that I would message them, and explained everything so well that it was very easy to understand. If I could rate them higher than 10, I would. They made the process so easy for a first time home buyer. I highly recommend each and every one of them.
