Working with Brett made buying my first home so much easier. Since I was using a VA loan there were a ton of moving parts, but he stayed on top of everything. He spent so much time running the numbers to help me hit the exact monthly payment I was looking for. Working with Jacob Halls, and as I have referenced them, The J Squad, it was such a pleasure. I am a graveyard shift truck driver so I sleep during the days which brought about the issue of being able to contact my loan team during their normal hours.
