This was my first time buying a house and they made it so easy and stress free.
Excellent job, very helpful and informative thur the whole process 👏
All of the VU representatives were kind, courteous, professional and had that just right sense of urgency needed to get the job done. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful in every way as well. The biggest factor for me was the VU mobile app!!! It is by far the most user friendly application I have ever used! The app, along with the assigned reps, together all made the home buying process incredibly easy and quick!!
Being able to see where I was in the home buying process was really nice. The to-do’s really helped me make sure I got everything my loan team needed to move along without any delays.
I initially started my loan process with Veterans United Home Loans but made the mistake of switching to Navy Federal Credit Union halfway through because they offered a lower rate I could lock in;huge mistake.
My closing was delayed twice, and just two days before the third scheduled closing, I was STILL being asked for documents I had already submitted multiple times. At that point, it was clear the process was completely disorganized and another delay was inevitable.
