When I first called Veterans United, I was not actually expecting that it would lead to me living in my own house. I really just wanted to know how much more I need to do in order to consider buying a home. But the folks over at Veterans United told me that they would find a way to get that loan, then Mike Mange spoke to me and said he had a preapproval and connected me with a great real estate agent, Karyn, and soon we were putting offers and now I'm sleeping in my house with my loved ones. I want to thank Veterans United for what they do and the effort they make to allow those who served find a permanent home. Thank you.

My experience was GREAT!!! Dealing with Matt and Jessica and my agent David. All very professional and willing to help and answer any questions that I had. Always in a timely manner and they were all accessible via phone email text.

Questions were answered in a timing manner. Because we were in constant communication throughout the whole process.

Paid off loan with this company. All was fine until we sold the house and now it is hard to get our escrow checks that are to me. I've called many times but once you pay off the loan they kick you off the website and so it is difficult to get any answers. Get a lot of bull, typical answer the check is in the mail. What a joke. They claimed the first check was returned to them. As we moved and sold the house. So provided a correct address in Nov and was told a new check would be issued. Which they claimed was issued on Dec 13th. Today is Jan 16th 2019 and still no check. But every call we make to the company it is either on its way or they have no idea when it was mailed. Cannot beli...Read More

Veterans United has provided us with excellent service since the start of the VA Loan process and we're excited about our home purchase with Veterans United.

Wasted our time! We were upfront about what our intentions were: placing a new manufactured home on our property. Kyle was very friendly as he took all of our sensitive financial information, conducted a deep credit check and obtained a copy of my husband's DD214, only to be informed the next day that they do not lend for "mobile" homes. Our original mortgage, based on the purchase of a manufactured home on this same property 20 years ago, is a VA loan. Our financials are excellent, and we were very clear about our plans, so we can only assume they were phishing for information. Happy Veteran's Day to my hubby. Sad!

Was going to refinance with them waited three weeks for an appraiser to show up never did and they told me but I was the problem very Unorganized. Seems like once they have your business you know long as they’re concerned . Withdrew my application and will go with another company.

Right before closing we were denied because they claimed we needed a paper trail of bill paying by checks. We pay most by computer or phone. Had they told us we would have done so in the beginning not 10 months into the application process. We were embarrassed and not to mention the time and money we loss on the Inspection etc. We lost a great deal estate deal because of them. This is not how you do business, withholding information that a client could have rectified before it was too late. As a veteran I don't believe I received the good service as I gave my country!

They're full of false hopes and lies. Placed me in the "Lighthouse" program, told me if I "fixed" certain issues that they "simulated" my credit score going above what they needed. Then, after fixing the issues, their "simulator" changed and they needed me to fix more "issues". Don't trust what they say, because its only "simulated" results... JESSICA NELSON was my representative.

They're full of it. If you've used or are using your Post 9/11, or have student loans, EVEN if you get a monthly stipend through Vocational Rehab, PLUS excess through school, they'll tell you they'll only count your VA pension. Making your debit to income ration too high. They're full of false hopes and lies. Take your business where. Oh, and let's not forget the 1.1 Billion over charged VA in home loans. RUN!
