My overall experience with Veterans United was outstanding. From the beginning of the process through closing, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely valued as a veteran and as a customer. Working with Brett made buying my first home so much easier. Since I was using a VA loan there were a ton of moving parts, but he stayed on top of everything. He spent so much time running the numbers to help me hit the exact monthly payment I was looking for. He even broke down how the market works with interest rates so I actually understood what was happening. Anytime I panicked or had a question, he got back to me fast and always had my back.
