Before contacting Veterans United, never in my history of buying a big ticket item such as a car, home, or motorcycle, have individuals been so focused on great customer service. Because of my experience with Veterans United and their team of highly skilled professionals, I will be recommending them to family, friends, co-workers, and anyone else looking for a great home buying experience.

Veterans United was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend to my friends and family, and that's not something I say very often. The fact that I'm taking the time to make this review, my first on consumeradvocate.com, very much proves I'll be using them again, and happily so! As my first home purchase, they explained everything, and helped me every step of the way. I have a very difficult schedule, and had some hurdles along the way, but VU was in my corner from the get go.

The bottom line has to be "astoundingly good". My experience with Veteran's United was so good that I was not only impressed, but I was surprised. Josh and team were easy to get a hold of, responsive, communicative, and exceedingly professional. All members at VU that I worked with were equally responsive to text message, email, and phone calls. Josh was patient, and took his time to explain things to me, even when they were only peripherally related to my loan.
