I don't have the perfect credit when I called them. But they will stand with your side to help you get better and improve your credit that is attainable. I called to let them know we were having financial problems. They asked me to schedule payment for the end of the month, which I did . I told them, if I can make the payment sooner that I would, and I did. They did not tell me that this would not cancel the payment scheduled, and they took out a double payment and refused to return. Knowing we have a financial situation, this shows that they have zero empathy!
