Veterans United worked very hard for us and made the whole process a lot easier than what was expected. They connected us with a realtor who did a great job in finding us a home that is perfect for us. Our agents were very transparent and did not keep anything from us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Having moved a lot during the past several decades, I have gone through many mortgage loan processes. Needless to say, I wasn't looking forward to enduring the riggers of dealing with folks who have to get things done to the requirements of a large government organization. To my complete surprise, this was by far the clearest and most pleasant mortgage process that I have experienced. No, this is never a "fun" exercise, but the staff I dealt with at V.U. were so patient, efficient, and even personally pleasant, that I truly did enjoy the experience. I just wish they sold cars. They could even make buying a car endurable.

This company is HORRIBLE! They have incompetent loan officers and are very disorganized. They have completely ruined what should be one of the most enjoyable moments in our adult lives - becoming homeowners! If I could give them 0 stars - I would!

This was my first time using Veterans United and the VA Home Loan process. My loan team was outstanding! They provided me with the information and guidance that was needed during the process. The rates that are available for home loans are much lower than can be obtained by other financial institutions which in the long run saves you money. Jeremy and Taylor are very knowledgeable and made the process very easy and smooth. They were both helpful and informative. As a surviving spouse of a VietNam vet, the ability to use the VA Home Loan benefit was incremental in my ability to purchase a home. I am a 100 % disabled veteran. I get things mixed up easy. Veterans United kept me informed all the way. Made it very easy. I even received a check at the end for over a grand because Veterans United saved me money on my closing cost.
