Fluent Security Company has been a nightmare for me. Ithe Company representative was fraudulent from begin of contact. I was fraudulently signed up with the service assuming I was renewing old services that had been renamed. Signed up December 2018 called when system failed, was told no service personal in my area. Requested discontinue service. Have been for Paying actual security company I had Nd being billed by Fluent And paying for both each month Fluent stopped paying and am still receiving emails for past due payments and am now receiving past due billing by mail. Letter sent to Attorney General of my state and credit bureaus. Beware of this company.

What can you say about a system that was fully operational for 9 days then equipment failed. Okay: things happen. I just call Fluent Customer Service and I will get help. It was that way with ADT for over 25 years anyway. I figured this is a new system and surely Fluent would be happy to take care of it quickly. Here I am 28 days later, multiple calls, emails, messages, chats and NOTHING. STILL NO FULLY FUNCTIONING SYSTEM. I get passed around and told they can’t seem to allocate or schedule a tech to service my system. If you can’t service what you sell then don’t sell. The normal contract is for 36 months, which is the industry standard from what I understand. However their fast talking rep signed my 88 year old mother-in-law to a 60 month contract! She couldn’t live alone anymore so had to move in with us and sold her house. For her to pay off the contract will cost over $1200. They should be ashamed of preying on the elderly.

This is one of the worst companies that I have encountered in my life. Over year ago the system stopped functioning, cameras would not work, panel was malfunctioning. I called Fluent on several occasions and could not get a technician out here because according to them they didn't have a tech in Indiana and they would have to have one come from Chicago. Needless to say, no one ever came and they charged my account for at least 8-9 months before I finally closed that bank account. Now, they want to call, harass, and threaten be because I am not giving them another dime. The customer service people have been rude and disrespectful. Fluent has been anything but great when it comes to customer service, equipment and trouble shooting. I have been a Fluent customer for almost 5 years and would not recommend this company. This weekend my door lever for my backdoor fell apart and is left with no knob. I can not close and open my door, nor can I lock it. When contacting Fluent, I was told they would not be able to have a technician come and fix it until next week. Next week? What kind of security company lets their customer's home be left unsecured for four days until they can help? I can not arm my home, nor can I lock my door. POOR POOR SERVICE! NOT HAPPY

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Please don't sign up with them. The worst company ever. I will make this simple as it is. Please run before you sign up with hell. they lock you in claiming your existing security being not doing their job and how your existing security is bad and all that. Anyways my husband thought why not give this company a shot but they ruined us. You can't talk to anyone. you can't cancel the service smoothly, they will take your money automatically from the card with out your consent. IF you try to call them good luck. They are trained of what to say or what to do. YOu will not win. I;m taking them to court if this is not fixed. Fraud.

I have been harassed and threatened by this company because the sales person install and activated the equipment without my authorization. My house is under construction and I do not leave yet in the house.I called the company the following day to cancel the contract and to their convenience they do not have any record of my call. They have been sending me emails, phone calls with harassment and threatening messages. If you look for a security system do not use this company because they will make your life hard to leave , run the other way

I have had nothing but poor service and equipment. First my monitoring was not working for 6 months and only found out it wasnt because of the malfunction with the medi-alert. Then the smoke detector was defective and replaced. Then we had our house fill with smoke and again no alarm. Fire department questioned why our alarm did not work since it was monitored. When I called the office to complain I was told that in the contracts fine print it states the the system will not always work 24/7 as stated. No, you cannot get out of your contract. So read the fine print these companies get you by playing on your sense of safety. Shame.

Have you ever heard of anything so foolish. I have sold my home and want to get out of the contract as the new home owner does not want Fluent Security. By telephone I was told that I needed confirmation that the place I was moving to has their own security, which I obtain from my new condo board and took it to Fluent's Office at 7319-104 Street, Edmonton, AB. They would not accept it. In fact the telephone attendant came to my vehicle, took the letter upstairs, and brought it back down to me and said I had to email or fax it.
