We don't feel secure. Cameras are always down, even when home and using our wifi. Lots of my neighbors are having same issue.

I have malfunctioning equipment that was poorly installed by someone of very limited hand tool knowledge and skills. Customer service is basically there for moral support and have no way of actually helping you. They don't have techs in the "off" season or on weekends, so does that mean the system is seasonal too? No help at all and cant wait to terminate my contract and get this junk out of my house.

I had a vehicle stolen from my property. Attempted to supply video to police but camera went back to some default settings and was not working. NON customer service said they would rebate me $4. What a joke and that was a slap in the face. Fluent is polite as can be when they want your business and kicks you to the curb when you want service from them.

I am presently a customer I am trying to cancel this security company as I have called for assistance twice with the company and never received any phone call back even to call and be told today that there is no direct phone number to call to cancel my contract

Fluent is probably the worst Security System that I’ve had, Fluent rep installed the system June 8-18, doorbell camera didn’t work second rep came to fix the system this system worked for a little over a month. At this time the camera would send me notifications AFTER the fact 10-15 minutes after the camera was activated. Another service man came Aug 22-18, Justin stated that the previous tech had done something wrong and wrecked the transformer. Have talked to Fluent Reps and they stated that a supervisor would get back to haven’t heard much from them. I received an email from Fluent Supervisor stating how to receive reimbursement, I deleted this by mistake. I asked for another email... Read More

Sales guy told me they could do stuff which the tech told me they couldn’t. Grrrr. System is not working properly. Waiting on fourth service visit incl install. Support is dire. Promise things on the phone and don’t deliver. I want to cancel as system not fit for purpose but the retention dept are not sympathetic at all. It’s 80% payout or your stuck. Lots of other problems too many to document. STAY AWAY. I never thought I would say that about a Canadian company.

6 weeks in, nothing but problems. I would stay away from this group. The took over my Vivint system. I didn't have to replace the batteries once. I have been changing batteries non stop and they are expensive. They told me that they had replaced all the batteries when they installed. I don't think they did. Stay away!!! Pay a bit more with someone else.

I’ve had Fluent for over a year and I am so done with them. Our thermostat hasn’t been working properly and I’ve been trying to get it replaced for a week. Pretty sure they have like, three people working in their call centre because I’m always on hold forever and they are terrible at calling back. It was good for a while, but now all the equipment is acting up and they’re taking forever to do something about it!

Terrible experience. The tech came and installed the product and none of the products worked. We called tech support/customer service who could not resolve this issue. We asked if we could cancel but we couldn't and were committed to a 42 month contract. We are now stuck with a security system that does not work paying $50 for the next 40 months. Please do yourself a favor and not sign up for this awful company.

going on 18 months and still do not have cameras installed that were in contract.gave up after 3 months and many calls to them.sales reps that came promise alot but do not deliver and once gone can't get ahold of them.I feel I should be able to get out of contract due to paying for 1.5 years and still not having what was promised but they say no and all they can do is make ticket for tech to come and install them....
