Missed delivery windows 6 TIMES in 2 days! Their reps assured me multiple times that things would be delivered in a certain time and EVERY time it was missed. They have NO idea what is going on and I am trying to save my marriage here by sending my wife some flowers and chocolates to let her know I care. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Don't sell "same day" or "before 12PM" delivery when you cannot even deliver on the same day or before 12PM. This is nuts.

My experience with From You Flowers was not a positive one. Though the website and ordering process was promising the major problems came on the day I had scheduled delivery. I received three emails within a matter of hours from FYF, one noting that order had been delivered (it had not), the second that the source for my order was NOT able to deliver that day, and the third, that source did not have bouquet I had ordered. NEVER use this company. Worst experience ever in buying flowers- I know they use local florists but they need to manage better. 30th Anniversary flowers are 3 days late- and have of what they were supposed to be-- tons of excuses- order a $110 rose arrangement that had over 30 roses in the picture-- the one delivered (3 days late) had 13 roses - Be sure to have recipient send you a picture of flowers and be sure its at least close to what you paid for- It appears they hope recipients are just happy to get flowers and they can get away with sending totally scaled down arrangements and charging full price (like another reviewer I was offered 10% off a future purchase for my experience!)... From You Flowers is the worst delivery company, neither of the flower bouquets looked ANYTHING like the pictures. The 2nd bouquet was already wilted and dying. Chose both of these to honor deaths and it was ruined. Waste of money, don't bother. Wish I had looked at reviews before using them. Almost $200 WASTED!!!!

I ordered some flowers last week for a sister who's in the hospital for some serious health issues. I wanted to send her some bright happy flowers, and chose accordingly. What was sent was a colorless, wilting, poorly arranged vase of flowers. Not even close. I contacted Flowers for You and they felt an 18% refund and an apology was sufficient. (They offered a refund of $11 on a $62 order.) Not a full refund, not a replacement. This is the 3rd time I've used them, and I was happy with the first 2 that were sent. But this is ridiculous - and the fact that they won't stand by their product is enough that I won't use them again.

This company is THE WORST COMPANY IN THE HISTORY OF FLOWER DELIVERY COMPANIES! I ordered from this company 3 times and EACH time, the delivery person either, DID NOT provide any service AT ALL, or the service was INCOMPLETE! I ordered flowers for my mom, ONCE last year and ONCE this year and BOTH times, these LOWLIFE JERKS neglected to deliver the flowers to her within the expected date and/or time-frame. Given the fact that I ordered AN ENTIRE WEEK IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT, ONE WOULD THINK THIS COMPANY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO DELIVER THE ORDER ON TIME! Should be NOT From You Flowers. Claimed my order has been delivered, hmmm..Been home all day and no delivery, nothing left on the porch, or in front of the garage and it's 10:30 pm now. Contact Customer service to explain that my order was NOT delivered as started and the response I received was " our records indicate that your order was delivered" well duh... Escalate to a Supervisor and after 30 minutes and a "forgive the delay" message I get 3 successive messages saying " one more minute", "are you still there" and "terminating the chat" Wow...I guess that's how we avoid unhappy customers. DO NOT use this company! I received 2-dozen dead roses (shipped in a box without any water vials on stem ends)! Tried to avoid telling the person who ordered them for me and contacted company directly. After long holds & a service rep I could barely understand, I was told they had to speak directly with the ordering customer. If he doesn’t get a refund, he will be having his credit card company refund him. I am making sure I let people know NOT to use this company—EVER! I’m only sorry I cannot give negative stars!

What you see is not what you get (not even close). Even accessories ordered and paid for (Anniversary Balloon in our case) not delivered! A pathetic experience on the whole! Further, fromyouflowers.com's satisfaction guaranty is at most 60% and not 100%. Very bad customer service, if you need it. All this time I ordered for others assuming that the products delivered were good as other would just appreciate the thought and not comment on products. This time it was personal that opened my eyes! A really really pathetic experience!

Awful experience. Wanted flower to arrive for a Birthday and paid extra to ensure that they would arrive on time. Did not get an email until late on the day they were supposed to arrive. The email stated that they were sorry but it will be delivered for another 2 days and only refunded the expedited fee. Well that is after the time I could have gone with another flower delivery service. They should have told me in the morning so I could have gone with someone else. I did responded to the email and said I was disappointed and I should receive more than just the expedited fee back. They just cancelled my order and refunded the money.
