All same day deliveries are hand-arranged and hand-delivered, and every product is backed by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. This promises that the company will either refund or redeliver a new product if a customer is not satisfied with their service.

Services also include FaceVase that allows customers to create their own photo vase. It charges sales tax for orders going to CA, CT, IL, AZ, DC, TX, and NY. If you had "0" I'd grade From You Flowers as that. This company is by far the worst online florist I've ever dealt with. Of course my Valentine's Day roses did not arrive, customer service is a farce at best and don't be taken in by what you read on their website - READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER WITH THEM. All I can envision is a group of people working out of someone's garage.

The only legit this business is is a legit scam. Don’t be like me and read the reviews first, theres even youtube videos. A half star isn't even deserved here. I was charged $200 for something that never came, customer service offered at $10 refund. What a joke. Keep your money and don't get scammed like me. They have so many ways to contact them and they all lie to you. They refused to send my correct order and give me a refund. Hold times are also an hour but then they’ll disconnect the call without answering.

Horrible customer service do not use this company. Flowers did not show up on time so I contacted them and they just stated contact the shipping company. Didn't care a bit.

I ordered a dozen pink roses 9 days in advance. I needed them on an exact date. One day before they were to be delivered I got an email stating the flowers were out of stock. They offered substituting with a mixed bouquet but that was not what I wanted. That’s why I ordered them ahead of time. There was NO offer of a refund. I disputed the charge on my credit card. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered flowers for my dad’s Heavenly Birthday and had it delivered to my mom for the next day. I paid extra to have it delivered before noon. Wasn’t delivered till 4:00! I was not happy, and they were mostly dead/wilted! It’s now the next day and they’re already dying! Not at all what showed in picture display on website! This company’s marketing promised me same day delivery. I have never been so disappointed. I order flowers for an impromptu wedding for my niece who is not well and will be starting aggressive chemotherapy next week. Due to Covid, we were not able to travel to the wedding. So … I wanted to send flowers and do something special for her. I explained to this company the importance of this order arriving on time and was told it would. They never arrived on Jan 7 as promised. When I called to review the situation I was reassured they would be out in the morning. I ordered flowers on a day where they had a promotion that any order would qualify for free delivery for life! Awesome deal right? NOPE. When ordering no delivery fee was shown, instead there was a thing called a service fee. I assumed this was the same thing and when I reached out to customer service it forever for them to respond and refused to let me speak to a manager or someone higher up who wouldn't just copy and paste the same message. Apparently the service fee is different from the delivery fee... even though on their website and the same message customer service sent me three times it states that the service fee includes local delivery costs. SOOOOO disappointed. I ordered the day before for today's expedite delivery which says before noon. It is 5pm now, I still dont know where my order is. The company work with different florist, there is no accountability.

Unfortunately I had the absolute WORST experience with this company. We ordered two baskets on the same day to be given to two employees. One arrived as expected, the other did not. I contacted customer service immediately and they told me it had been delivered. I asked WHERE it was delivered because it wasn't here. It turns out they were referencing the one that did get delivered. So they apologized and said they would investigate. They told me it would be delivered within 1-3 business days through a preferred floral shop and refunded part of my money.
