At 1st Everything was going smooth. Then they let me know after picking my area had to have a minimium order of 49.99. Ok, fine I can deal with that. #2 all the sudden bill goes up 14.00 for a processing fee ( seriously on flowers I could have just stayed local) Still I wanted to send the flowers. Delivery day comes and at 3pm I get a call saying the phone number I provided cant be a business. I gave the updated number then I get a dear john email stating delivery will not happen until tomorrow. This was a giant waste of time and money for something that was very important.

I ordered flowers for a wake, and they did not arrive to the wake, not even to the funeral and I got a call after the funeral to provide the diseased home address. very disappointing experience and I don't know what would flowers in the diseased home after funeral mean.

If I could I would give this place a -10, I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were supposed to be delivered the next evening for the viewing. 4 hours after I ordered them I was sent 2 emails saying they were not going to make the delivery time. So I called and was on hold for about 20 minutes, then hung up on. I called back and was delighted to hear a human voice after about 3 minutes. I told her I wanted to cancel my order, she said NO NO NO we can get it there. I insisted, because you know it was important and they had sent emails saying they couldn't. Missed Deliveries and Inadequate Customer Service I placed an order for both my mother and stepmother to receive flowers for Mother's Day. I selected a delivery date of May 10th (Friday before the holiday). This was both to get the flowers there early, as well as to brighten my stepmother's day as the 11th is the anniversary of my father's passing. It was important they arrive on the 10th and thus I made sure to select that an order early. On May 10th the flowers for my mother arrived and were absolutely beautiful. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered flowers for my great grandma's FUNERAL and had a custom vase made with it and chose the premium option in order to get the fullest bouquet. The vase was a picture of my grandma that wasn't able to attend the funeral due to health issues and living on the west coast and my great grandmother together. It was meant to be a sentiment similar to I'm not here in person but I am in spirit. Horrible company! I ordered the Fabulous Gourmet Basket $69.99 plus same day delivery charges for my son’s 26th birthday as he was in Florida on business. I chose the Fabulous Gourmet so he and his business associates could enjoy it at their hotel over drinks to celebrate his birthday. What he received embarrasses me and I’m sure him as well. This basket was awful! All vending machine items I may have packed in his lunchbox when he was 10 years old. Absolutely the worst flowers I've ever ordered. What arrived looked NOTHING like what was pictured. Instead of the (at least 5) peach colored roses pictured, there were 2 white ones. Instead of the (at least 10+) mini peach carnations, there were 5 HOT PINK ones. No succulent, no pitta negra, instead of dusty miller - they ACTUALLY SPRAY PAINTED LEAVES! What a complete joke. No nice glass vase, cheap green plastic one. It was so hideous. Will never use this company again.

BUYER BEWARE! This company got virtually everything wrong with our order. We paid extra for rush overnight delivery: flowers arrived a day late. Ordered a large yellow & white daisy bouquet for our 88 year old aunt in the hospital; they sent a small arrangement of red roses & pink alstromeria. Spent 2 hours on phone & emailing trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Customer Service department is obviously a call center located in India, where the staff, although polite, speak such heavily accented English, that is was pretty much impossible to hold a comprehensible conversation. I ordered two arrangements from From You Flowers in December of 2018. Both were disappointing. I paid for a premium edition of a Christmas Centerpiece and what was delivered was much smaller than what I paid for. The second was an absolute disaster. I ordered a blue live tree to be decorated with white roses which had sentimental value for me and my mother and what was delivered was a bunch of pieces of tree with red carnations. When I complained they only gave me a $16 total refund for both disappointments and would not resend the totally wrong one corrected, even though I sent them pictures of the ridiculous mistakes. Did not care about getting it right whatsoever.
