I ordered flowers for same day delivery from Fromyouflowers.com, however, I got an email saying my flowers were delivered. My friend lives in a building with a doorman and nothing was logged in. So I called today (12/27/18) and they said that they will resend the order out. Fromyouflowers' website says delivery should arrive by 6 pm. I called around 7:30, still no flowers....Are you kidding me? So I just called a few minutes ago, it TOOK ME 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE....why? Seriously? The customer service agent kept calling me "Sweetie." I did not like it at all, but I ignored it. After being on hold for a long time, I finally just asked for my money back. NEVER order any flower fromyouflowers.com website. You would not see any lower than 4 stars reviews posted on its website because it never post any of lower than 4 stars review. If you do a google reviews search on this business, you would see many complaint 0-1 star reviews given on independent websites. I purchased a flowers spray set for a funeral, it was horrible. The flowers arranged must have been done by non-florists. It just had a terrible look. Then I went to its website to give a 2 star then 1 star review but it never shown. That has led me to search this business on google. That was when I found out about untrusted floral business of fromyouflowers.com

I called today at 11:45am to order flowers to be delivered today. According to the website, all orders placed before 3pm will be delivered SAME DAY. NO mention of additional charge, just that you need to place the order before 3pm. I pick an arrangement that was on their website and the person I was speaking with on the phone to place the order, quoted me $10 higher than what was on the website. I mentioned that to her and then she stated she was giving me the price for the "Superior" bouquet???? I told her I wanted what was on their website and I gave her the 20% discount code. I was ordering flowers for my wife's for our 25th Years Anniversary and the flowers never make to my wife workplace. I even pay for Expedited Fee. So, i called customer service and she said they need two more hours to make delivery. By that time, my wife has left work already.

This company is horrible! Do not wast your time ordering through them. I placed a same day delivery order on a Saturday. Every day they failed to send out my flowers. On Sunday I called them at 3PM to find out why the flowers hadn't been delivered. They told me they couldn't get a hold of a local florist in the delivery area. So why didn't they call to tell me this. Instead, I called them. Then on Monday they called at 3PM to tell me they still couldn't find a florist. Why did it take them until 3pm to discover this? At that point I cancelled the order. Luckily I was able to find a place that would still deliver at that late in the day. Don't waste your time with these people.
