First off the flowers I Purchased looked nothing like what was delivered. I paid 82 dollars for flowers that look like I paid 20 dollars for. I will never again order from from you Flowers again. Please don’t waste your money!!!!!!

Unreliable and Worst Flower Company - Don't trust these Fraudsters If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This is probably one of the worst flowers companies I have ever dealt with. I placed an order and paid for a 4 hour delivery window, to ensure that flowers would arrive at the Funeral Home that is taking care of my Aunt's home going. T his was done on 5/29/20. I later get an email saying that the flowers were not able to be delivered, because I did not indicate the service time. Would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my mother from my brother for Mother's Day. It was supposed to be a $60 seasonal order on sale for $45. She receive 10 stems mostly carnations. What part of spring includes carnations which cost about $5.99 at the local grocery store. Being embarrassed and humiliated I called customer service and spoke with 3 'supervisors' was on the phone for 40 minutes. All I heard was a bunch of I'm sorries. I was often interrupted and spoken over. Oh and they did absolutely nothing for me.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday 10 days in advance. I called in the middle of scheduled delivery date and was assured that order was in process and flowers will be delivered by 6PM. At 6 PM, when it was too late to order flowers from another company, I was offered apologies from customer service and partial refund. Non of this helped me much. My mother did not receive flowers for her birthday. This was my first and last experience with fromyouflowers.com

Mike Holden, MA We ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. A new delivery date was set for the following Tuesday (3 days later). The flowers were not delivered. A new delivery date was re-established for Thursday (2 days later). I will never order flowers thru fromyouflowers.com again. They do not backup their delivery guaranty.

I placed 4 orders about two weeks before Mothers' Day, all for Mothers' Day. Two were shipped and arrived timely. The third order was to have arrived on Thursday before Mothers' Day. It was never shipped nor delivered. I am now on my second call to the company trying to straighten this out. Their solution is to have me make a third call to them to check yet again on what went wrong. They are certainly sucking the joy out of sending flowers. From You Flowers delivered their best value arrangement the next day as promised. The delivery fee was waived, credit towards my next purchase was offered. I received a lovely, fresh arrangement of Spring flowers beautifully set in a lovely vase at a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased. Am looking forward to buying another arrangement soon!

Totally unreliable. Online tracking showed a delivery scheduled for that day and, after we waited all day for it, waited on hold indefinitely for a live Customer Service Rep, only to find out that "they yellow flagged it," meaning it would not be fulfilled. They sent me an email earlier in the day, apologizing that my wife's flowers could not be delivered because there was no florist in our area (Dallas!) and, much to our surprise, her flowers were delivered about 40 minutes later. On the order we needed the most, to a 3-year-old grandson out of town, it was scheduled for delivery that day. Rep had to put me on hold & request approval to issue a refund! Never again!

Wow! This company has their proverbial head so far up their anal orifice it's absurd! I've used them twice, only because they gave me $12 off, which was not worth it. Both times I used them the they completely botched the delivery days. Both times I sent them emails that they responded to as if I'd written in invisible font, without addressing my concerns at all. I have no complaints about the products, but other online florists have comparable arrangements with much less hassle.

Paid extra for same day delivery, but order wasn't delivered. Called and got my extra $2.99 refunded. Next day, still no delivery (oh - the florist wasn't open on a Sunday). Was offered 15% off the order. Monday, still no delivery (oh - the florist won't be able to put together the order that day, so sorry. We'll upgrade your order to "deluxe"). Tuesday something was delivered, BUT NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED. What has been delivered cost less in "deluxe" than what I had originally ordered as "regular". 3 days late and not what I had ordered. I requested a full refund, but that doesn't provide the "satisfaction guarantee" they claim to offer.
