Ordered flowers 4 days in advance and they canceled my order with no notification. Check the BBC reviews before you use this company. I highly recommend that you order flowers from a different company

TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE! I ordered a whole package - flowers, teddy bear, and necklace, and it couldn't be delivered right away like I hoped, but they said it would be delivered March 5th. Well, it WASN'T delivered March 5th, and when I contacted them, their response was to offer me 25% off... but only off the flower price (which was about half the total), not the entire purchase price... so really it was 12.5% off... This was a really important, time-sensitive delivery, and even after I explained this they didn't care. Every time I'd respond to customer service, I'd get spammed with a "we received your message" email, and then a response later... and after I replied to their "25%" offer... Read More

If I coud give zero stars I would. This company is a SCAM. I ordered a SPRAY for a funeral, rcvd an email telling me it had been delivered YESTERDAY (Funeral is today), I called to ask to see the spray / confirm rcpt. Nothing was ever delivered. Call scam company, they claim the florist didn't have the flowers. SO YOU DON'T CALL ME SO I CAN MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS? INSTEAD YOU ATTEMPT TO STEAL MONEY AND CLAIM IT WAS DELIVERED? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY PPL DONT' CALL TO CONFIRM AND HAVE PAID FOR SERVICES NEVER RENDERED?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Flowers never arrived and they charged my credit card. Their guarantee is no guarantee. Avoid this business.

Ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday with a few days lead time. The flowers did not show up on her birthday. I called and they offered me a flower upgrade with an apology note and would make delivery the following day. The flowers still DID NOT arrive! Called back again and they only wanted to refund me 30% my payment. I had to demand a refund for the full amount of the order. What kind of operation is this?!?

Other people may have good experiences with this company, but I have not. I would definitely not recommend this fly by night operation to anyone. On top of paying extra for same day delivery, I had to send several messages to customer service inquiring about my order. Each response I did get seemed to indicate concern and a promise to look into it and get back to me. Day three and no sign of my flower arrangement. Now I have to contact my bank to cancel payment.

My 12 year old granddaughter was injured this past Saturday and had to undergo surgery on Monday. I ordered flowers/balloon to be delivered to her hospital room on Monday 6/5/23. Total (including extra fees to MAKE SURE she received it that morning $69.08. Imagine my disappointment when she called me yesterday, 6/6/23, and when asked about her flowers she told me they never arrived. I called customer service rep (who speaks English with such a heavy accent that I cannot understand her well) and was put on hold while this rep called the flower shop. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I paid for expedited delivery and they were supposed to arrive before noon as she was leaving work for half a day. I had to call the company twice to check on my order when I found out that they were not delivered on time. They finally got delivered after everyone had gone home for the day. She had to drive back to work to get them. The flowers were very pretty but the delivery was very unacceptable.
