this is by far the worst experience i have ever had when purchasing flowers. The best way that i can see fit to do this review is by doing a day by day /time. If i dont they i will look like a jerk and i can assure u i didnt get super irate until we got the 2nd one delivered and it was still not what i ordered . start with my first contact when i placed the order. *original order was for delivery for the following day. I had stated that i needed them by 9 am. i was informed then that they delivered between 9-5. I need it by 9 . I ordered flowers for my sister and their florist (2 different florist) that they used to deliver the flowers screwed up twice on her order: The first delivered: The flowers were beautiful but wrong balloon (Happy Birthday instead of Thank you) BUT the delivery guy came back with the correct balloon and my sister was happy BUT meanwhile I called From You Flowers to let them know what happened and the florists went back to my sister's home and took everything back and never redelivered. If you're expecting your loved one to be surprised on a special day - DONT order from For You Flowers. After paying for expedited delivery - to ensure the flowers would arrive on time - I learned a week later that they NEVER came. I was not notified of any problems. If I hadn't asked my loved ones about how they enjoyed the flowers, I wouldn't have EVER known they hadn't arrived and would have been out the $80 spent. After contacting the company, they gave me a prompt refund - but that doesn't replace the missed opportunity to recognize my loved one on their special day. I will never use this company again and will buy locally.

Horrible service, I will be writing my review on every site that I can find. First I order expedited service and I was guaranteed 4 hour delivery. I call about 10 minutes before my 4 hour time frame was up to ask for the refund with that because I knew something was up from the beginning when I didn’t get a response from the recipient. Was expecting to be delivered by florist. Delivered by FedEx and recipient has to put in vase. By the way don’t order special vase as it’s just a piece of paper to wrap around vase. Wasted 12.99 for vase. Flowers are fresh though

The worst flowers ever. My wife got the flowers at her office on Thursday February 10 about 3:00 PM. The next morning when she arrived at her office the flowers were prematurely wilted at the neck. Either old flowers, air trapped in stem, immature roses or flowers were dry too long. Terrible experience. Ordered a"Love to the Moon and Back' vase and got just a plain glass vase with a decal that my wife was supposed to paste on the vase. How unprofessional. Emailed customer service and explained and they didn't even answered me back. I am very pleased with our flowers! They were delivered on time and beautiful! We had ordered a lighter shade of flowers that were delivered, so I reached out to let them know there may have been a mix up. We weren’t upset the flowers that were delivered were very pretty. Still They delivered a lighter shade the next day! We were happy with both flowers and I was very grateful for them wanting to resolve the issue so fast. Great customer service and fast response. I will definitely order from them again!

I ordered a red, white, and blue arrangement for my father’s funeral and veteran’s ceremony at the gravesite. They were scheduled for delivery on a Friday, the day before the services. on 1-28 i ordered a rose and lily bouquet to be sent to my wife on valentines day. what was pictured was a very beautiful array. what was delivered was nothing close to the sample. the bouquet only stood about 11 inches high and 5-6 inches across. could never get through to customer service on 2-14 so i called the following day. explained my situation and i was told i would get a 20 percent refund on my order. i also explained that i placed the order on a friday and they charged me 9.99 for sameday/weekend service. the refund i received was only 20 percent on the flowers, not the "order" and they did not refund the sameday charge. it's amazing when a company won't stand up and admit when...
