Where can I send my insurance claims. I faxed them, mailed them several times and you never receive them. I finally got in contact through email Let Us Help U and they did get my claims submitted. I can’t get that to work now and I have more claims to submit.

One of the worst company to get Dental insurance. They deny your claim on one pretext or other. They have so many hidden costs that the insurance looks a steal deal but when you visit a dentist, you realize that its you from whom the company has stolen. First they deny your claim, then appeal are invariably rejected and there in no further customer satisfaction mechanism. Avoid it, if you can.

I feel helpless when I contact Cigna. My dental claim was denied. My child needed a perio bone graft. Apparently restorative work is not covered. I've called three times over the last month. My dental office is adamant this is covered by my insurance. Well, not according to Cigna. Three calls to Cigna since March 21st. On hold at least 30 minutes each time. When I reach the call center, they can only do so much. Cigna's management policy does not empower its call center personnel to do anything beyond telling you which doctor you can and can't see. Anything beyond that requires a department that you can't actually access. Someone inside Cigna has to do if for you. You are blind to the... Read More

Cigna Dental service is HORRIBLE. My Group number is 33 38 808. Trying to confirm if a dentist is in network, so far I've been transferred 3 times, I've been on hold now for 28 minutes and the rep I'm on the phone with has advised it's going to be another 30 minutes to an hour. He tried to offer to call me back, but I said no way! ( I have 0% faith that I would get a call back).

I would leave zero stars if I could. I have been trying to get a claim paid for months now. I keep getting told oh 15 business days, oh another 5 business days, oh well another 5 business days our claims dept is backed up and then get told oh we don't know when it will be processed. are you freaking kidding me? I paid out of pocket, I am just trying to get reimbursed. This is the dental ins co my company offers, worst company ever.

My case has been escalated 3 times snice Jan7, 2022 and yet have never received any contact from them. When "I" call them they tell they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. I've been very patient, I work for a insurance company and my husband is freelance writer so our next steps are not going to be as patient or restrained.

Cigna....one of the most POORLY RAN BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! You call them and "attempt" to talk with them AND understand them. I don't care where they work but they speak extremely Poor English. After holding for a supervisor for 28 minutes they "accidentally" HANG UP!! Last year AND this year they did not receive my check for dental insurance. I pay by the year. Last year I had to pay for a stop payment on my check and pay via a credit card after a 25 minute telephone call to customer service. It appears, I will have to do the same this year since they AGAIN have not received my check that was mailed on December 22, 2021. In the past 30 years...Cigna is the ONLY business... Read More

Ripoff, uses misleading language that if you're not exceptionally careful you end up sometimes paying more for a visit than if you went without insurance, if you include your monthly payments. Which is just ridiculous.

After 6 months of dentist insurance filings and insurance company requests for more data, we finally make the "umpteenth" call to Cigna only to be told there is no coverage for a porcelain base if the tooth was missing 3 years ago when the insurance started. Not even for the tooth that is still there. What is your insurance actually for?

3 months to get paid 50% of claim after i was told covered at 80% (submitted in April-paid in July) another claim is STILL on hold for a month sent in October, it's now November and I was told I needed to wait 10 day processing.., Since its over 30 days I am told they will escalate the claim and i need to wait 5 business days. THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL COVERAGE EVER!! I NEVER had a problem with Delta Dental.
