I filed an auto claim on June 21st. It’s been 31 days, and still no resolution, no sense of urgency, return every other voice mail and email. I get bounced around from dept to dept. Nobody can make a decision. Pathetic claims process.

Waiting for over 3 months on them to settle claim. All we get is run around. Lawyer has taken case now ! Stay away !

Policy cancelled on 10/06/20, I called on 10/9/20 to pay and have policy reinstated. Customer service rep told me the amount(past due + current due) I would have to pay, and that I would need to exclude a driver, who had previously been on the policy due to his license being invalid. I excluded the driver, paid the amount of money required. Never received confirmation of policy being reinstated. Called back this morning and was told that I would have to get another quote and a whole new policy. I will take my business elsewhere and make sure I tell everyone I know to never use this company.

Had an accident where a large portion of my right passenger fender was damaged. Elephant has refused to cover this since they said there was a previous accident on that side of the vehicle and that's no longer covered. I sent in pictures to prove otherwise and they reviewed and still denied the claim. If I could give 0 stars I would but this is typical for an insurance firm to take your money and not want to take care of you after an accident. Will be filing complaints with the BBB as well as the NAIC and Virginia SCC.

Communication is atrocious. I can’t get answers to why my rate went up without notice. Second time this has happened at renewal time.

For the previous months, I am being billed and charged my card for $124 instead of $79. I have cancelled via email. Not a good feeling for this company.

Do not get insurance with these people, overly priced, hard to reach, on hold long time, and after a year they will cancel you immediately after expecting a triple payment up front-Its all a scheme to pull you in.
