1 star says Terrible and that is most def what I rate this company and customer service. My daughter was driving my car and was hit but, she got a ticket because she was pulled up further than the stop sign only because it was a big curve from the left. The insurance company told me my car could only be in storage for 1 week then told me I had to pay to get it out that this was being investigated because my daughter was driving my car & uses my address. 1 week and 2days later still no rental and no contact back from the insurance company unless I call them. I have to agree with the following comments. My daughter was involved in an accident on May 18, 2019. The man who hit her was apparently from another part of the universe. No english, no license, no insurance. We had the license plate of the car, the name (which I was able to find on my own) and have this information to the insurance company. We were not contacted regarding this claim. The car was totaled, my daughter did not get permission for a rental car for 2 weeks. She was allowed a rental for 1 week, plus she was trying to not add to our next year premium carried insurance on this rental herself. Terrible. I was happy initially when they covered my accident last November and then they called me a few days ago saying they wouldn't renew the policy because I "lied about my address when making the claim". Aka, I clearly told them I was only away from Virginia to Maryland for a few months when the accident happened for a short term contract job but my permanent address was always going to be in Virginia. It's so absurd since people do this all the time of being assigned to other states for work temporarily while on projects.

Do not sign up with this company. They are scam artists looking to squeeze every penny out of you that they can. Their customer service is complete crap and Sasha should be fired for the way she deals with unhappy customers. If i could give them less than one star I would.

I was involved in an accident where another vehicle hit me and then fled. I snapped a photo of his license plates as he drove away, so I was able to make a claim through my insurance (Elephant) online. It took 2 days for them to call me regarding the accident. My adjuster, Cordell, seemed nice enough when I spoke to him at first. He looked up the hit and run driver based on the photo I had and contacted his insurance company for me, which was Allstate. I spoke to the Allstate agent, sent both insurance adjusters photos with their own apps then I got an email from Allstate admitting blame with a $1700 estimate. Worst experience EVER! No help via customer service online, said would be one price to add vehicle, but charged my bank account a higher amount! Then tried to cancel and couldn’t tell me how much my refund would be! This company is guilty of theft and deceptive practices! WARNING! Do NOT use this company!

I would not recommend this company. I've difficulties downloading my card insurance and some documents and they wanted me to pay for that. My insurance quote has been changed because I didn't update some information on their website, getting close to double up the original price I've paid. I never had before these issues with previous insurance companies.

I became a customer with Elephant Insurance on August 2018 and to be honest I am not having a good experience at all with your company. The first incident, I hit a rough patch and was a little late on making my monthly payment and my normal payment of 111.55 jumped to 156+ dollars, in spite of me contacting you ahead of time and requesting an extension. I made my payment a few days after my payment date when most Insurance companies give you a 10 day grace period. Second incident I needed to utilize the roadside assistance I purchased with you this morning and it took 3 calls and 5 hours total for someone to come.
