Davis Vision's exclusive collection of frames and contact lenses are available in over 9,000 partner offices across the country, which can be easily located via a convenient online tool, by simply logging into a customer's online account. Members can select from over 200 frame collections valued up to $195 for no more than a $40 co-payment.

I am a Davis Provider. This is the fourth time I have called this week and have been on hold for over an hour. Today it's been over 2 hours. How can I effectively serve your members if I can't even get through to speak with provider services?

This company is completely TERRIBLE! Why you might as... lets see things from the point of view of a provider who takes Davis vision. The wait times on hold are at times well over two hours. Today.. I called in.. waited for 1 hour and 34 mins before they cut me off, I called right back and waited 2 hours and 19 mins... I got cut off again. The quality of the lab is sorely lacking. I get RX's that are completely off, they are terrible at providing any prism, they call you back when leaving a message, but almost always after hours, and they they do not tell you who they are calling for, or which office (we have 12 in our practice) Don't get me wrong.. Their service is horrible !!! They say it has improved and wait time is less, but this is so untrue and you sometimes hold for over an hour and when you do leave a return call back number they call over 2 hours later and during your lunch so of course you miss the call !!!!!!!!!

Company goes out of its way to take your money and deny your claim. Submitted claims and they blamed me or my doctor for issue. Poor customer service. Only use this company if you want to waste your money.

This company needs to get it's act together. First glasses order was screwed up. DR sent order back to be redone. It has been 3 weeks now and I have no idea when I will get glasses that are acceptable. Customer service is worthless. I have done some research and have learned that this company has a HORRIBLE reputation.

My company uses Davis Vision (so I have to use them for now) but I have been paying for insurance with them for 4 months, and this company is so cheap, they never sent me an Insurance card. When I called, the female was nice, but not very knowledgeable. I was trying to print off a temporary card until mine came in (7-10 business days, but I needed this card for a doctors appointment the following Monday) but she was unable to assist me, she stated that the website was experiencing problems at the time. I asked for her to have a manger call me back, gave her my cell #, but no manager called me. I called Saturday and got Nathan (not a very polite young man, he kept yelling and raising his... Horrible experience. Been three months and I still have gotten my glasses from them. I've called and my eye care provider call and their story constantly changes. When I call they act as if they have no clue what is going on and tell me one thing, when my eye care provider calls they give them a different story. It is either gross incompetence or they really don't care..

Extremely poor customer service. I've had Davis Vision over 7 years through my employer. I am grateful for vision insurance. Davis Vision is the worst possible provider possible. I work in a customer service/sales industry. I totally understand policy and procedure however when a business makes a mistake that business needs to attempt to make things right with their client in some way. Davis Vision has not done that. They have ignored my concerns and not responded to my emails. I've been waiting for a call back from Davis customer service since July 18. I'm writing this review on July 25.
