INF Visitor Care offers a comprehensive suite of travel medical policies for international travelers visiting the United States & Canada. Although the company does not provide traditional travel insurance coverage, such as trip cancellation & baggage, INF does an excellent job in providing a wide range of travel medical policies, excellent customer assistance, and a claims concierge team. The firm's policies are backed financially by two large, solvent American insurance companies, so travelers need not fear that their claims won't be paid due to bankruptcy or other financial strains. Travelers to the US and Canada who have pre-existing medical problems can find coverage through INF Visitor Care, which not all travel or visitors insurance providers offer. INF Visitor Care plans work with First Health PPO, a large network of doctors and hospitals, which allows for direct billing and limited out-of-pocket expense for members. Within its particular segment of the insurance market, this company does a superior job of offering feature-rich policies with liberal coverages.

INF Visitor Care offers a wide variety of travel and travel medical for travelers. Its fixed benefit plans define specifically how much the company will pay for each medical interaction. Its comprehensive plans do not limit payouts for each medical incident, but do cap benefits at a policy maximum. Within both of those categories, INF Visitor Care offers policies that vary by price and by whether they cover pre-existing conditions. Their plans are calculated to fit a variety of budgets and visitor travel situations. The highest total benefit that the company will pay to any one customer is $250,000, which should be sufficient to cover most illnesses and injuries. Nevertheless, visitors to the US should be cautioned that in some cases total medical expenses for truly catastrophic accidents and illnesses may exceed this amount. This something-for-everyone range of insurance options for visitors to the US and Canada should be more than sufficient for most foreign nationals. INF also offers several features alongside their core policy. Of note- all INF Plans include Dental coverage provided by Careington POS Dental Card. Each member is auto enrolled in the Dental Plan at no additional charge. Moreover, INF offers members a $0 Copay Telemedicine facility provided by Teladoc or MeMD. Telemedicine allows travelers to get care they need from wherever they are in the country 24/7/365 from US-Based Board-Certified Physicians.

This is important because foreign nationals visiting North America are likely unfamiliar with the health care systems there and may need to be guided by professionals who understand the system firsthand. The company also gets high marks for the information it provides to new immigrants, Green Card holders, and visitors over 70 years old, whose interactions with the US health care system may also involve coverage under the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, and Medicaid. Further, unlike some of its competitors, INF Visitor Care does not require pre-authorization to see a doctor or otherwise seek care, cap benefits for certain issues (like cardiac events), or limit the number of medical events covered by the plan. This is of great assistance to policyholders and allows them to focus on their medical issues rather than an insurance company approval for treatment or worry if a medical event is covered. INF Visitor Care does not offer baggage insurance, trip interruption coverage, but does offer a claims concierge team to help travelers file claims and make sure travelers claims are paid. In that field, INF Visitor care is at or near the top of the industry in the level of customer assistance it provides.

I am thankful for INF Travel Insurance. My recent trip could have become a terrible experience because of the unforeseen medical emergency. However, INF Travel Insurance provided incredible help and support that completely changed the situation.

This is my review of INF Insurance: I took the INF Elite plan for my parents a few months ago (well in August!) and we had a great experience. Customer service is 24/7, fast responses for claims, and they do take good care of the customer. Overall- i would review INF insurance better than others ive tried in the past due to ease of claims

The customer service staff responds quickly! I've made a mistake of misspelling my father's name which made me encountered some issues while visiting a provider. I informed the support staff about this, and they responded right away. After a little while, everything is fine! I wholeheartedly endorse INF!

Extremely horrible after sales customer service and no organizational way to deal with customers. Stay away from India Network Foundation INF Insurance products (previously called KV Rao insurance). Go with trusted companies instead because it will save you headache and huge unpaid bills in the future.
