They are not upfront and honest make sure you get the agreement before you give them your bank account information. I was told something verbally then didnt get anything in writing until after the guy came out and did the treatment. I called for a tick treatment and they sold me a bundle deal that was a tick treatment for $40 and mosquitoes $60. Without the bundle they said it would be $79 for the tick treatment. I didn't even need the mosquitoes treatment and explained that but was told it would only be about $20 extra and I went with that. No where did they say it would also cost $127 for the first mosquitoes treatment then it would be $60 for the mosquitoes. I was expecting $100 and... Read More

I scheduled an appointment with Terminix on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. They were supposed to be at my house between 5:00 and 7:00 pm to evaluate for termites. I left a meeting to be home on time, but no one ever showed up, nor did I receive a phone call to notify me of their cancellation. They not only lost my business, but my company is also looking for a new pest control company. Terminix will not be a consideration.

2 appointments scheduled, both appointments were a no show. Lot of run around on the phone, even promised that the manger would call, never happened. They were recommended by our VA lender, seeking another company!

Two appointments, but they never showed up! When we called the 1888... they could not reach the guy for the service and also the manager. This company has truly disappointed me.

Do I start with Terminix people making unauthorized entry onto our property? Do I start with Terminix installing several hundred dollars of pest control measures we have never requested and for which we had never signed a contract? Or do I start with Terminix refusing to refund the price of the unauthorized treatments and billing them to my wife's credit card? Difficult decision. My wife contracted Terminix to get an inspection and execute a contract for treatment of an ant infestation. Not happy at all with the service received the inspection person did not call first and neither did the person that was to spray the yard the third person complained the whole time that she wasn't getting paid for having to come back out to correct the first persons miss application of the yard and house and we are supposed to pay for this WOW i'm not impressed with Terminix of Broken Arrow Oklahoma and or Tulsa OK. By the way she only sprayed under the kitchen sink for bugs with a can of spray for 179.00 what a bargain Dave

I have been a Terminex customer for over 10 years. I have ants every spring. Call, put on hold for over 15 minutes. Customer service reps are pleasant and assure me "the manager" will call within 24 hours..,no call. Another call. Told I will have service within 48 hours...no service. TERRIBLE service. Been out twice in six weeks. Ants everywhere. They NEVER get the nest. Just about done with my yearly contract with your company. Frustrated beyond words.

I have patiently waited for over 6 weeks for a copy of the work repair report after our annual termite inspection. I have called 4 times with no result. Each phone call takes 30 minutes while they put me on hold to look for the report. I finally got a managers number. He told me that they do not have the info and will need to come out and do another inspection. UGH! Last Wednesday, he told me to call him back if I didn’t hear from the technician. I left a phone message Thursday morning before 9 am to tell him that the technician had not contacted me. It has been 4 days. Now the manager had not returned my call. Arruinaron mi jardín y tuve que pagar para que lo dejaran como estaba antes, hicieron agujeros en el pasto y así los dejaron, quebraron dos antenas que estaban en el techo , esa gente se orina en la yarda, ahora solo espero que las termitas sigan vivas

I am a current customer. I received a phone call to complete my service and inspection for the year. It was not completed last fall. In addition, the inspector stated a technician had to come out and replace a bait station that was eaten. An appointment was set for a Saturday. The technician did not show up and I phoned. I was informed that the manager cancelled the appointment without contacting me. I have since called and asked for another appointment and received no contact.
