Horrible - The company claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back this is a LIE!! The company does not stand by their work, and gives you the run around all the way from the initial inspection appointment to every extermination appointment .We selected Terminix for our bug problem. After our first treatment it was impossible to make additional appointments the New castle Delaware office was horrible never returning calls. After several bug treatments we did not see an improvement, it seemed to be getting  worse which we brought to the technicians attention and eventually calling corporate about the job. I called the 800 number for Terminix and scheduled an appointment that I was happy to get for next day service. I was told someone would arrive between 1-3. I left work went home and no one showed. I called the 800 number and received a total run around and I was told someone would come tomorrow. There was no apology no consolation prize. Just a repeat over and over about someone coming tomorrow as if that change all the prior circumstance. It’s okay that they couldn’t come until 8/17 but they should have stated that at the time I called in. RUN, Do not walk away from this company. We have had them for over 30 years and their recent business practices are scandalous. Starting last year our annual renewal went up $100 and this year is went up to well over $1300. It is actually $1,349.10 and we have NEVER had any terminate action. I only hope they have actually been doing an inspection these past 30 years because some times I never saw them inspect my home and only knew when I received a bill that they had even "been" here. This company is being investigated for their unlawful practices so DO NOT USE THEM!

Been trying to get someone out to kill the red wasps at my gate since Friday. It’s now Tuesday and after waiting all day and 2 phone calls no one seems to know where management or techs are. One rude phony guy actually said they have no control over where people are. Quote, he might’ve been in a car crash. Might be time to seek out a new company after all these years.

Worst company I ever dealt with. Sprayed for mosquitos on the day it rained. Totally ineffective. We called for a reapplication but they never came back. Their guarantee is worthless. Stay away from this company. Their billing department apparently doesn't know how to read. They keep billing us for the same NON-service.

Very unhappy with this company. Very unreliable. Does not show up for scheduled appointments and then claims they never had an appointment you (total waste of a vacation day for me). It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone from the local office servicing your home (they claim it is against company policy to give out the local office number) so you end up explaining your problem over and over every time you call (and you have to call often as they are not responsive). They tell you the local office will call you back but won't be able to return your call for 24 to 48 hours and then they don't call even in that time frame. I scheduled 2 months in advance to make sure there was no problems when the time came to get the house tented. I was informed by their "inspector" that the tent would be ON for 3 days then cleared. The tent was put on by a sub-contractor, not Terminix, on Monday at 1:30 PM, Then they come back the next morning at 8:30 AM and remove the tent. They left all my windows open, the light inside on and the alarm was off. OK, I called to get someone out to clear the house by 1 or 2 on the second day. The "inspector" says they will be there in the morning, I'm thinking, cool, before 12 noon. But at 1:00 I called the goofball back, still waiting, and he tell me it's going to be tomorrow... I am very discouraged with the outcome of my home termite inspection. I inquired about getting a Wood Destroying Organism Report for my home re-finance. The customer service rep said I would hear back from my local branch to schedule the day, etc. I received a call the following morning from the inspector that he would be arriving at the house within the hour. Wow! No head's up whatsoever that the appointment was scheduled-at least I was home and everything worked out. Once the inspection was complete, I was told the inspector's supervisor would be emailing me the WDO report by the end of the day (the following morning at the latest). Terminex is the worst at treating Bed Bug infestations. They sprayed my house for 60 days and in 6 months the bed bugs had returned. They wanted me to pay for extermination services again. Their 60 day guarantee is a rip off. I had to beg for a reinfestation inspection. I do not recommend them at all. The chemicals were highly ineffective.

Their claim of service 24/7 is a complete joke -- how about NO service for weeks?? Their claim of satisfaction guaranteed is also bullshit -- how can one get satisfaction when they do NOT call and do NOT show up? How they got A+ from the BBB - I'll never know. I intend to report them tomorrow
